Job summary

Vetted Solutions is seeking a Safety and Environmental Engineer to manage safety and environmental activities at assigned manufacturing locations.

Responsibilities include coordinating, implementing and sustaining safety and environmental programs, reviewing processes for regulatory compliance, performing emissions calculations, preparing permits and SDS, conducting audits, and ensuring timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years’ safety and/or environmental regulatory experience in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of chemical reactions, emission calculations, and hazard assessment.
• Proficiency in interpreting technical data, creating CAD drawings, and evaluating safety risks.
• Strong communication skills with regulatory agencies and third-party suppliers.
• Demonstrated integrity and compliance in regulated environments.
