Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in a relevant safety area (e.g., industrial hygiene, infection prevention, radiation safety) or related scientific discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in EHS program management.
• Experience leading large-scale programs through to implementation.
• Experience with budget planning and vendor & resource management.
• Proven ability to build external connections with peers and safety communities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple large/critical complex safety areas/teams.
• Contribute to the overall safety strategy and roadmap and drive implementation.
• Drive resource planning and process development aligned with priorities.
• Maintain relationships with stakeholders to drive results.
