Job summary

The role requires a strong hands-on leader with manufacturing experience, knowledge of OSHA/EPA regulations, and track record of building safety cultures. Be ready for travel to Oklahoma and Alabama facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field required.
• 15+ years of progressive EHS experience, preferably in manufacturing/industrial environments.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems.
• Professional safety or environmental certification such as CSP, CIH, CHMM strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic EHS leadership across multiple manufacturing locations, establishing priorities and initiatives.
• Develop and execute the Business Unit EHS strategy, embedding a proactive safety culture into planning and decisions.
• Lead risk assessment, hazard identification, and risk-reduction programs with engineering and admin controls.
• Oversee incident investigations and corrective actions, ensuring lessons learned are implemented.
• Establish EHS KPIs and lead continuous improvement across sites.
• Lead ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 programs and ensure audits/compliance.
