Job summary

Luxottica is seeking a motivated Supply Chain & Logistics Intern for our Agordo headquarters. You will work across functions in a fast-paced environment, supporting planning, transportation, and logistics activities while developing your analytics skills.

Ideal candidates are enrolled in a Master’s program (Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics) with strong Excel and quantitative abilities, fluent in English and Italian. This internship is full-time for six months and paid.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled or recently graduated in a Master’s level degree study (Engineering, Economics, Mathematics or Statistics).
• Strong quantitative analysis ability and advanced Excel skills.
• Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.
• Proactive, team player with a solution-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support and collaborate with Managers and Functional Team within a dynamic, young international environment.
• Experience across Supply Chain Planning, Transportation or Logistics functions.
• Participate in Master Production Scheduling, Demand Planning and capacity planning activities.
• Assist in procurement, sourcing and store planning tasks.
• Contribute to reporting and data analysis for KPI tracking and performance insights.

Here some of the responsibilities you will have:

• Maintenance and improvement of PowerBi dashboards used by EHS Excellence Digitalization & Reporting function
• Collection and active monitoring of metrics and KPIs
• Preparation of reporting documents and performance/trend/objectives analysis
• EHS (Environmental and Safety) data analysis and identification of improvement opportunities
• Support and Loss Prevention risk assessment activities (i.e Fire and Natural Hazard Risks)
• Analysis and monitoring of corrective action plans
• Support business continuity assessments

Some examples of functions you may experience are: Store Planning, International Logistics, Master Production Scheduling, Supply Chain Project Management, Demand Planning, Transport Analysis, Capacity Planning, Procurement, Sourcing.
