Job summary

Club Car LLC is seeking an EHS Data and Fleet Service Specialist to manage Fleet & Safety program administration in Evans, GA. The role supports Environmental, Health & Safety duties, ensures regulatory compliance and HIPAA/PHI protection of employee data.

Responsibilities include onboarding drivers, liaising with fleet providers, maintaining fleet records, and delivering safety training with monthly EHS/ESG reporting to the EHS Leader.

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of clerical/scheduling/manufacturing experience.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Keen attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suites.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direction and support to drivers related to Fleet Services and policy adherence.
  • Maintain MVR requirements with all state/country requirements.
  • Coordinate information sharing with Fleet & Safety Council members.
  • Complete onboarding for new company drivers regarding Fleet Safety requirements and training needs.
  • Act as liaison with Fleet Service Providers for vehicle selection, services, maintenance, and loss analysis.
  • Manage fleet service drug screens via online services or in-person for local drivers.
  • Manage document control and issuance for drivers and managers (insurance, registration, inspections, etc.).
  • Responsible for safety training to sales & service teams as well as Annual Fleet Training.
  • Responsible for maintaining monthly reporting requirements for EHS/ESG data such as monthly fleet metrics, monthly hours reports, fuel reporting, etc.
  • Provide assistance to the EHS team as required (e.g., physical assessment testing, new hire orientation training).

SUMMARY OF FUNCTIONS:

At the direction of the EHS Leader, this role will manage the administration of the Fleet & Safety Program, assist with Environmental, Health & Safety administrative duties, ensure safety guidelines and procedures per government regulations and industry standards, ensure HIPAA compliance and PHI protection of all employee data.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS:

Reports to Club Car's EHS Leader.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Keen attention to detail and the ability to spot errors with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suites.
  • 2-3 years of clerical/scheduling/manufacturing experience.
  • High School Diploma or GED.

DESIRED TRAITS:

  • Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field preferred.
  • Prior experience managing fleet vehicles.
  • Working knowledge or familiarity with Fleet Provider Database.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to complete a high volume of tasks and projects with little or no guidance.
  • Solid time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Possesses an analytical mind for streamling processes.
  • Knowledge of health care terminology helpful.
