Job summary

Vestcom, an Avery Dennison company, seeks an EHS Coordinator to drive environmental health and safety programs across U.S. manufacturing sites. You will perform hazard assessments, lead incident investigations, and foster a proactive safety culture with limited supervision.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, near one of Vestcom’s manufacturing sites, with travel up to 10% and advancement opportunities within the Avery Dennison enterprise.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and educate team members across all levels of the organization.
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and drive safety and compliance.
• Foundational knowledge of OSHA/EPA regulations and waste management.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% and work near manufacturing sites.

Responsibilities

• Implement EHS systems and audits to ensure OSHA/EPA compliance and internal standards.
• Lead hazard assessments, incident investigations, and root-cause analyses.
• Develop and deliver site trainings; act as EHS advisor to site leadership.
• Monitor EHS metrics, report to leadership, and notify regulators as required.
• Collaborate with multi-site teams to align with corporate EHS and sustainability goals.
