Job summary

PDM US, LLC is seeking an Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Coordinator to lead and support our environmental compliance, sustainability, and workplace safety initiatives at our manufacturing facility in South Carolina.

The role partners with operations, maintenance, HR, and leadership to ensure regulatory compliance, drive continuous improvement, and promote a culture of safety and environmental stewardship across the site.

Qualifications

• Experience with environmental programs and regulatory compliance.
• Strong organization and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication across levels of the organization.
• Ability to engage operations, maintenance, HR and leadership teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead environmental compliance activities and ensure adherence to regulations.
• Maintain permits, records, and regulatory reporting.
• Coordinate inspections, audits, and corrective actions.
• Monitor waste, emissions, stormwater, and environmental programs.
• Support sustainability initiatives to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
• Serve as primary contact for agencies and consultants.
• Support OSHA safety programs and track training.
• Assist with incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Conduct facility safety inspections and audits.
