Job summary

Zekelman Industries seeks an EHS Coordinator for our Warren, OH facility. This full-time, on-site role focuses on developing and managing the Environmental, Health, and Safety program to ensure OSHA compliance and a safe workplace.

You will coach frontline supervisors, conduct training, perform audits, and lead incident investigations while promoting a proactive EHS culture across operations. Join a diverse team and contribute to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in environmental health and safety in manufacturing or construction.
• Experience leading safety programs and training.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and environmental standards.
• Effective communicator with diverse teams.
• Proactive in safety culture and incident investigation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach on EHS matters for frontline supervision.
• Develop and maintain OSHA-compliant EHS programs.
• Perform site inspections and corrective actions.
• Deliver EHS orientations and training.
• Investigate incidents and prepare reports.
• Stay current on OSHA and environmental standards.
• Maintain PPE, equipment, and JSA updates.
• Report progress via Intelex/email.
