Job summary

Dana Corp is seeking an Environmental Health and Safety Manager-support role at our Warren, MI plant. This position assists the EHS Manager with managing environmental, health and safety, including wellness, ergonomics, contractors, and plant security.

Key duties include promoting safety culture, leading safety programs, audits, investigations, and data trending to improve safety outcomes. A Bachelor's in HSE or equivalent with 3+ years' experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in health, safety or environmental field.
• Equivalent experience considered with 3+ years in EHS roles.

Responsibilities

• Support the Environmental Health and Safety Manager in plant-wide EHS activities.
• Lead safety training, audits, and incident investigations.
• Coordinate with DOT, RCRA compliance for hazardous materials.
• Maintain safety records, PPE program administration, and records.
