Job summary

McKenna Labs is seeking an EHS Coordinator to support environmental, health, and safety programs within a regulated personal care and OTC manufacturing environment. You will partner with all departments to minimize risk, ensure GMP-compliant operations, and maintain regulatory readiness in a fast-paced facility.

The role requires 2–5 years of EHS experience, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and knowledge of OSHA standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health & Safety or related field.
• 2–5 years of EHS experience in regulated manufacturing.
• Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and general industry standards.
• Experience with chemical handling and hazardous materials.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Effective trainer capable of engaging employees at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Carry out safety and environmental programs in GMP-regulated facility.
• Support OSHA/Cal/OSHA/EPA compliance and audits.
• Conduct inspections, JHAs, risk assessments and CAPAs.
• Maintain OSHA 300 logs and related documentation.
• Coordinate safety training and communications across teams.
