8Fleet is looking for a proactive Environmental Health & Safety Coordinator to manage safety compliance initiatives throughout our operational sites in Los Angeles. You will ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, coordinate safety training, and conduct routine safety inspections.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Environmental Health & Safety, HR compliance, or a related field.
• Knowledge of OSHA and California workplace safety regulations.
• Experience coordinating drug & alcohol testing programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain company health & safety programs.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, Cal/OSHA, and workplace safety regulations.
• Manage workers' compensation claims and documentation.
• Conduct routine site safety inspections.
• Perform regular safety audits and identify workplace hazards.
