Job summary

Turbine Air Systems, Ltd. in Houston, TX is seeking an EHS Coordinator to support the EHS Manager in implementing the site safety program. The role serves as the primary on-floor interface, communicating safety goals and coordinating with production leadership.

You will conduct daily shop walk-throughs, lead safety meetings, develop JSA's, manage risk assessments, investigate incidents, and assist in training and reporting to maintain compliance across TAS facilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• OSHA 511 Training or equivalent required.
• Ability to attend more specialized training as recommended by EHS Manager.
• At least 2 years supervisory experience in leading a team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily shop walk-throughs and ensure safety compliance.
• Lead and document safety meetings across shifts and sites.
• Perform EHS risk assessments and recommend corrective actions.
• Investigate incidents and near-misses; implement preventive measures.
• Assist in EHS trainings and incident reporting and documentation.
