Ideal candidates will have a BS in Environmental or Safety fields, knowledge of regulations, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

BS Degree in Environmental, Safety or related field or applicable work experience in lieu of degree.
Possess knowledge of safety and environmental regulations.
Proficient knowledge and use of standard Windows programs (Word, Excel, Access).
Effective written and oral communication skills.
Organized, motivated and dependable individual.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Export Control compliance requires a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15.

Responsibilities

Perform tasks such as filing, depositing and arranging function-related documents, certifications, audit results, etc.
Prepare EHS related statistics, diagrams, slides etc., to support dedicated Managers or Professionals.
Collect, select, classify and check information for completeness and given criteria and provide respective information in case of external audits.
Prepare all information and materials necessary to gain certifications and communicate in this respect with authorities and external certification bodies.
Proceed with all day-to-day EHS related assistant operations.
