Position Summary

Ensuring that all employees are trained in safety &maintaina safe work environment for employees by tracking Safety KPIs. Provide aid to any employees requiringsafetyassistanceand communicate withcorporateEHSteam to find solutions. Maintain allEHSfiles onsite.

Essential Functions

• Provide safety training for employees on policies, regulations, and procedures.
• Advise the company’s administrative team on safety issues and compliance in specific projects and operations.
• Inspect and verify company compliance with relevant safety regulations.
• Record any incidents, maintain OSHA 300 Log, and follow up with Travelers for any existing claims.
• Ensure that all corporate safety KPIs are met monthly and satisfy corporate standard.
• Conduct safety onboarding for new employees, ensuring that all new hire documentation is completed and filed.
• Keep all safety files onsite organized and filed correctly.
• Conduct daily/monthly safety audits & track near misses.
• Conduct safety investigations and ensure corrective actions.
• Prepare and present reports on accidents and violations and determine causes.
• Maintain safety policies & Safety Data Sheets.
• Performs all other related duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

• High School Degree-Required; Bachelor’s Degree- Preferred.

• Knowledge of OSHA standards.
• Computer skills- Word, Excel, PowerPoint-Required.
• Safety experience-Required.

Travel Requirements

• Occasional Travel for Training.
