Job summary

Torrey Holistics in Indianapolis seeks an EHS Coordinator to lead environmental, health, safety, and sustainability initiatives within a fast-paced production environment. On the manufacturing floor, you will partner with employees and leadership to drive a strong safety culture and continuous improvement.

This is a hands-on role with high visibility and growth potential. Ideal candidates bring 2-4+ years of EHS experience in manufacturing, knowledge of OSHA regulations, and strong communication

Qualifications

• 2-4+ years of EHS experience in manufacturing.
• Working knowledge of OSHA and environmental regulations.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree or EHS certifications preferred but not required.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support and implement environmental, health, safety, and sustainability programs.
• Promote a proactive safety culture through employee engagement, training, and hazard recognition.
• Lead incident investigations, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor EHS performance metrics, regulatory compliance, and ESG reporting.
• Partner with operations and leadership to identify and reduce workplace risks.
• Assist with ISO 14001 initiatives and environmental compliance efforts.
• Coordinate safety committees, audits, and regulatory reporting while supporting plant-wide EHS objectives.
