Job summary

Envocore in San Juan, PR, is seeking a Safety Compliance Administrator to lead EH&S programs, training, and regulatory compliance across facilities. You will develop policies, conduct risk assessments, and drive a zero-incident safety culture through proactive initiatives and audits.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Occupational Safety/Industrial Hygiene or related discipline, 10+ years preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of industrial/construction safety.
• Strong people skills including facilitation, negotiation, and problem resolution.
• Demonstrated ability to influence at the leadership level.
• Ability to work independently and manage work plans.
• Strong analytical, organizational, prioritization and project management skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and related software programs.
• Safety certifications as required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and champion safety management policies and programs aligned with Operational Excellence Strategy.
• Coordinate with Field Operations to implement EHS programs and promote safety culture.
• Audit EH&S compliance and supervise corrective actions.
• Advise and promote EHS systems, processes, and regulatory compliance.
• Perform risk assessments, job safety analyses, and audits to close gaps.
• Develop effective EH&S training for hourly, supervisory and management employees.
• Mentor and train field management in training requirements.
• Create summary reports and plan EH&S goals and results; support audits.
• Work independently to reduce safety hazards and injuries.
