Job summary

Catalent Manassas seeks an Environmental Health and Safety Manager to lead all EHS and Security activities at the 100% onsite Manassas, VA site. You will implement programs to ensure regulatory compliance and a safe environment for employees, visitors, and contractors, while driving continuous improvement across the site.

The role requires strong communication across all levels and coordination with regulatory agencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Studies, Public Health, or related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in an industrial setting, preferably in food, beverage, dietary supplement, or pharmaceutical industries.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to complete projects with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Identify, assess, and recommend control measures for environmental, health, and safety concerns.
• Conduct hazard identification and risk assessments for tasks and departments.
• Chair the safety committee and communicate safety programs to employees.
