Baxter International Inc. is seeking an EHSS Manager to lead environmental, health, safety and sustainability programs at the plant level. You will develop and deploy EHSS strategy, ensure compliance with EPA, OSHA and DOT regulations, and drive continuous improvement across procedures, audits, and training.

The role requires strong problem solving, collaboration across leadership levels, and the ability to influence improvements across Baxter locations. Competitive pay and comprehensive U.S.

Qualifications

• BS in Environmental Health, Safety or related field (required).
• MS in Environmental or Safety Engineering, Technology or Management preferred.
• Minimum 5–7 years in EHS/Industrial Hygiene with EPA/OSHA/DOT exposure.
• Professional certification preferred (e.g., CHMM, CSP, CIH).

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage all EHS compliance programs.
• Evaluate and act upon new EHS regulations.
• Lead regulatory inspections, permits, and reporting.
• Maintain ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certifications.
• Lead site EHS audits and budget management.
• Support training and health programs for plant personnel.
