Qualifications

• Experience coordinating with regulatory agencies and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise-wide EHS, Security, and Sustainability strategy.
• Architect and build the EHS organization from the ground up.
• Advise senior leadership on regulatory risk and capital investments.
• Lead multi-state regulatory compliance programs to minimize risk.
• Establish enterprise risk management frameworks and governance processes.
• Drive safety culture transformation across manufacturing and support functions.
• Oversee environmental stewardship, waste management, and energy conservation.
• Manage crisis preparedness, emergency response, and business continuity.
