Job summary

QCELLS America, a leading solar manufacturing company headquartered in Cartersville, GA, seeks an EHS Engineer to lead EHS audits, ISO certification efforts, and maintain the EHS management system. The role drives regulatory compliance across site procedures and training, owning KPI development and GHG data collection for verification and reporting.

You will report to the EHS Manager and collaborate with plant, engineering, and production teams to close corrective actions and ensure ongoing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an EHS related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with EHS audits (internal, third-party, or regulatory).
• Manufacturing environment experience required.
• Translate regulations into site-specific programs and actions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to train teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead EHS audits and ISO certification activities (ISO 45001/ISO 14001).
• Maintain and improve the EHS management system for audit readiness.
• Review regulations (OSHA, EPA, GA EPD) and update policies accordingly.
• Develop and monitor EHS KPI data and GHG emissions data.
• Prepare leadership reports and coordinate cross-functional actions.
