Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate degree preferred.
• 2+ years in manufacturing, wastewater treatment experience preferred.
• Experience with environmental regulatory reporting (IWDP, SARA 312 Tier II, SPCC, SWPPP).
• Experience tracking, analyzing, and reporting environmental data.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Certifications: CSP and OSHA 30 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain EHS procedures, processes, and programs in line with statutes.
• Assist with records, KPIs, and data evaluation.
• Provide EHS training and orientation to staff.
• Audit internal EHS compliance and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain ISO 45001 & 14001 standards.
• Lead incident investigations and root cause actions.
• Coordinate emergency response and first aid.
