Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health & Safety or related field with expected graduation 2026/2027.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments in the facility.
• Support incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action tracking.
• Maintain EHS records, reports, and regulatory documentation.
• Participate in employee safety training and awareness programs.
• Monitor environmental compliance activities, including waste management and recycling.
• Assist with ergonomic evaluations and workplace hazard identification.
• Support continuous improvement projects focused on safety, environmental performance, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with production, maintenance, and engineering teams to promote safe work practices.
