Bracco Medical Technologies in Eden Prairie, Minnesota is seeking an Environmental Health & Safety Co-op/Intern to support HSES programs in a regulated medical device environment. You will report to the Environmental Health, Safety & Facilities Manager and collaborate with cross‑functional teams across the organization to implement safety and environmental initiatives.

Qualifications

• Undergrad students enrolled in Environmental Health & Safety, Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Engineering, or related discipline.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• EHS program & compliance management: assist in reviewing core site programs and align with standards.
• Proactive hazard identification & root‑cause analysis: conduct safety walks and investigations.
• Employee engagement & culture leadership: co‑facilitate safety committees and communications.
• Emergency preparedness: help plan and coordinate drills.
• Environmental & sustainability initiatives: support waste reduction and energy efficiency projects.
• Cross‑functional collaboration: partner with manufacturing, leadership, and external EHS partners to implement solutions.
