About The Job
As the EHS Cluster Manager, you will be a member of the Global Environment, Health, and Safety team. You won't just be performing routine compliance; you will be the primary architect for implementing Google’s Global Safety Management Framework across our Bay Area campus. You will partner with cross-functional teams - from Engineering to Facilities - to build safety solutions for high-stakes environments, including Robotics, Research and Development labs, and electrical infrastructure. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, regulatory knowledge, and the agility to solve problems that don't always have a pre-existing manual. From keeping Googlers safe and secure to managing disruptive events, the ability to anticipate, deter, detect, and act are the pillars of Google’s Global Security and Resilience Services (GSRS) team. As a member of GSRS you will help develop a culture where safety, security and resiliency are integrated into every facet of Google, including the creative process. You will help us continually identify, evaluate and monitor enterprise risks that could affect business activities and provide business leaders the information they need to make critical decisions. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative strategies and develop programs that drive sustainable effectiveness. Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. US: $128000 - $187000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits
