About the job

As the EHS Cluster Manager, you will be a member of the Global Environment, Health, and Safety team. You won't just be performing routine compliance; you will be the primary architect for implementing Google’s Global Safety Management Framework across our Bay Area campus.

You will partner with cross-functional teams—from Engineering to Facilities—to build safety solutions for high-stakes environments, including Robotics, Research and Development labs, and electrical infrastructure. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, regulatory knowledge, and the agility to solve problems that don't always have a pre-existing manual.

As a member of GSRS you will help develop a culture where safety, security and resiliency are integrated into every facet of Google, including the creative process. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative strategies and develop programs that drive sustainable effectiveness.
