Job summary

Nemours seeks an Employee Health Clinical Coordinator (Full-Time) to join our team in Jacksonville, FL. The coordinator acts as a liaison between HR, leadership, and care teams, coordinating patient flow and documenting medical records to ensure Associate health and safety.

This role supports clinic operations, immunizations, specimen collection, and back-up coverage across Employee Health sites, maintaining high service levels and compliance with pre-employment requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Completion of a Medical Assistant or LPN program required.
• Minimum three (3) months of experience required.
• Registered or Certified Medical Assistant Certification or State of Florida LPN License preferred.
• AHA BLS Certification required within three months of hire date.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service to the Associate, care providers, and other stakeholders.
• Assess and manage clinic flow; coordinate appointment schedules and related functions.
• Review and data enter appropriate documents; ensure pre-employment requirements are complete.
• Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed.
• Act as a liaison between support services and clinical divisions.
• Keep associates and stakeholders informed of delays.
• Prepare and stock exam rooms for daily activity.
• Administer immunizations, collect specimens, and perform Respirator Fit testing as needed.
• Provide backup for fellow clinical and clerical positions across Employee Health sites.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by supervisor or chief wellness officer.

Nemours is seeking an Employee Health Clinical Coordinator (Full-Time),to join our Nemours Children's Health team in Jacksonville, Florida.

TheClinical Coordinator is an important liaison between the Associate, Human Resources, Departmental leadership, and other care team members. TheClinical Coordinator will coordinate and assist with patient flow, review charts for current information, and ensure the appropriate medical records and services are documented in order to ensure Associate health and safety. Act as a resource and cross cover as needed.

• Deliver excellent customer service to the Associate, care providers, and other stake holders.
• Ability to assess and manage clinic flow. Coordinate appointment schedules, coordinate and schedule other functions as needed.
• Review and data enter appropriate documents, ensuring all pre-employment requirements are completed prior to New Associates first date of employment.
• Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed.
• Act as a liaison between support services and other clinical divisions.
• Keep Associates, peers, and stake holders informed of delays.
• Clean, prepare and stock exam rooms for daily activity.
• Administer immunizations, collect specimens for clinical testing, and perform Respirator Fit testing as needed.
• Act as a backup for the fellow clinical and clerical positions and assist where needed. This is to include all Employee Health sites.
• Additional miscellaneous duties and responsibilities, as may be assigned from time to time by employee’s Supervisor, Manager, and Chief Wellness Officer.
