The Campbell’s Company in Charlotte, NC is seeking an experienced EHS Care Specialist (Nurse) to integrate employee health services with workplace safety programs and promote well-being across the site.

You will assess injuries, conduct medical surveillance, manage workers’ compensation, and coordinate wellness initiatives while partnering with site leadership. Requires RN with 5 years’ occupational health or ER experience, CPR/AED, and strong communication; uphold confidentiality.

Qualifications

• RN with an associate or bachelor’s degree and current license.
• Minimum of five years nursing experience in occupational health or ER.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; crisis management ability.
• Knowledge of Workers’ Compensation, OSHA, and related regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsabilités

• Assess, treat, refer, and document occupational injuries and illnesses.
• Perform medical surveillance and licensing exams as required.
• Administer the occupational health program policies and equipment.
• Administer the plant’s Drug and Alcohol Testing Program.
• Coordinate modified or light-duty work and assist return-to-work.
• Maintain knowledge of health and safety laws and certifications.
• Partner with site leadership to mitigate health and safety risks.
• Support incident investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective actions.
• Analyze health data to identify trends and inform decisions.
• Deliver safety training to strengthen awareness and compliance.
