Job summary

Anduril Industries in Southern California is seeking an Environmental Health and Safety Associate Manager to lead EHS programs for a new multi-building manufacturing campus, initially onsite in Costa Mesa with later work at Long Beach HQ. You will partner with real estate, facilities, and R&D to embed safety and environmental risk mitigation from the ground up.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing and overseeing environmental, health and safety programs.
• Knowledge of Cal/OSHA regulations and hazardous waste management requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication with leadership, regulators and staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist accident investigations, analyze root causes and implement preventive actions.
• Serve as EHS interface with employees, managers, customers, auditors and regulators.
• Identify workplace hazards through safety inspections and document findings.
