Job summary

Environmental and Safety Solutions, Inc. seeks an EHS professional to support a large-scale construction project, ensuring safety compliance and fostering a strong on-site safety culture.

The role concentrates on hazard prevention, regulatory compliance, and continuous safety improvement throughout all project stages. The candidate will engage in base build and cleanroom construction activities, conduct inspections, investigations, and deliver trainings to maintain a safe work environment

Qualifications

• Five (5) or more years of construction safety experience; OR
• Two (2) or more years of construction safety experience with a degree in Occupational Safety or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Enforce site-specific EHS policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct daily site inspections, audits, and hazard assessments.
• Identify risks and implement corrective and preventative actions.
• Support incident investigations and perform root cause analysis.
• Deliver safety training, toolbox talks, and onboarding sessions.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, client, and project-specific safety standards.
• Collaborate with project leadership, contractors, and subcontractors to maintain a safe work environment.
• Maintain accurate safety documentation, reports, and compliance records.

Job Summary

The EHS professional will support customer's scope of work across multiple phases of a large-scale construction project, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and promoting a strong safety culture on-site. Scope of Work

The EHS resource will support the following project activities:

• Base build construction.
• Cleanroom construction.
• Cleanroom-related systems installation.
• Commissioning activities.
