Job Title:

EHS Analyst (DOT/OSHA)

Contract Duration:

8+ Months

Pay rate:

up to $29.20/hr

Location:

Rochester, NY

Job Description

• Part-time position - 10-12 hours/week
• Support ongoing DOT and OSHA medical compliance efforts in NYS.
• Assist internal employees with:
• Scheduling, tracking, and reporting on onsite medical exams, including:
• DOT physicals, with necessary submittals to DMV
• Audiograms, including notifications to employees, supervisors, and managers
• OSHA Respirator Fit Tests
• Asbestos and Lead-related exams as needed
• Creating the 2025 exam plan and schedule
• Coordinate with the client Third Party Administrator (Gregory and Howe) on the implementation of the Drug and Alcohol Program and the DOT Commercial Drivers Program
• Submit necessary records for MVRs
• Assist internal resources with notifications and arrangements for on-site random drug testing
• Support DOT statistical reporting
