Job summary

Baker Hughes is seeking an Environmental Health & Safety Advisor - Health and Safety to lead environmental compliance across LMS100 Test Bench and new projects.

You will interpret EPA and Texas regulations, manage Title V permits, and develop training and corrective actions. This role partners with operations, HSE, and regulatory bodies to strengthen safety culture and environmental stewardship across all activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an environmental discipline is required.
• EPA regulations knowledge including RCRA, SPCC, NPDES, and CAA is expected.
• Experience interpreting and applying Title V permitting requirements is preferred.
• Training in First Aid or First Responder techniques is a plus.
• Familiarity with state environmental regulations related to storage tanks, storm water, air, and waste.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all environmental-related concerns for the LMS100 Test Bench and new projects
• Coordinate with AAJV on Title V compliance and reporting
• Manage Title V Air Permit compliance and knowledge of Texas environmental regulations (TCEQ)
• Manage and assist with environmental reporting, data recording, and data reporting
• Develop corrective action plans and responses to regulatory agencies as needed
• Provide guidance to field HSE and operations personnel on all aspects of environmental compliance
• Develop site-specific environmental training
• Support the EHS needs of projects (safety orientation, audits, etc.)
• Coordinate with external bodies to ensure compliance
