Job summary

Rhode Island Primary Care Physician’s Corporation (RIPCPC) is expanding its team to strengthen training and support for rapidly growing practices across Rhode Island. The role focuses on developing and maintaining training materials, ensuring consistent workflows, and serving as the frontline resource for staff adopting new tools.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in healthcare IT, EHR support, clinical training, or workflow optimization.
• Experience assessing and redesigning clinical or administrative workflows.
• Proven ability to deliver training across multiple systems in a healthcare setting.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience developing end-user documentation, workflow maps, and training materials.
• Ability to learn and train on new systems quickly.
• Comfortable supporting staff and leadership through operational transitions.
• Ability to travel to practice sites across Rhode Island.

Responsibilities

• Own development and maintenance of training materials and SOPs.
• Deliver on-site and virtual training for physicians, nurses, and staff across clinical and admin systems.
• Support integration and adoption of new tools as technology footprint expands.
• Create workflow documentation, process maps and transition guides.
• Provide on-the-elbow support during go-lives, upgrades, and transitions.
• Log and track support interactions in the ticketing system for trend analysis.
• Collaborate with departments and committees during transitions.
