Job summary

Rhode Island Primary Care Physician’s Corporation (RIPCPC) is seeking a Training & IT Specialist to develop and standardize training materials and support staff across multiple practice locations.

You will drive change management, deliver hands-on and remote training for physicians, nurses, and administrative teams, and help integrate new tools, including AI-assisted applications, into existing clinical workflows.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in healthcare IT, EHR support, or workflow optimization.
• Experience redesigning clinical or administrative workflows.
• Proven ability to deliver training across multiple systems in healthcare.
• Willingness to travel to practice sites across Rhode Island.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain training materials, SOPs, and quick references.
• Deliver on-site and virtual training for clinicians and staff.
• Design updated workflows and ensure cross-department integration.
• Provide end-user support and triage for EHR issues.
• Log and track support interactions in ticketing system.
• Collaborate with departments and project teams.
• Support AI-assisted tool adoption.
