  • Improve how data is collected and structured to support reporting and decision-making during the implementation
  • Support tracking of key metrics such as training completion, readiness, and adoption indicators
  • Assist in building scalable tools and processes to support the EHR rollout across departments
  • Translate data into clear, simple insights for project teams and leadership
  • Manage and maintain SharePoint sites used for communication, documentation, and resources
  • Support coordination of meetings, training sessions, and go-live activities
  • Ensure information is accessible, accurate, and easy for staff to navigate during the transition
What We’re Looking For
  • Strong comfort with technology and working in digital systems
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (especially Excel, SharePoint, Teams)
  • Familiarity with tools like ChatGPT or other AI tools is a plus
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to take existing processes and make them more efficient and scalable
  • Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities
  • Strong communication skills; able to explain data in simple, practical terms
  • Approachable and collaborative; able to work with both technical teams and frontline staff
Ideal Candidate
  • Early career (2-3 years of experience) professional with a background or interest in healthcare, IT, data, or operations
  • Excited to be part of a large-scale system implementation
  • Enjoys working behind the scenes to improve how things function
  • Naturally curious and proactive in identifying better ways of doing things
  • Comfortable sitting at a computer for extended periods and working through detailed tasks
  • Motivated by measurable outcomes and making a real impact
