Job summary

Community Access Unlimited, Inc. seeks a Billing Coordinator to support the billing department. You will use Carelogic for authorizations, billing and AR tasks, and generate reports to aid payments.

Strong training and QA focus ensures accuracy and efficiency in day-to-day activities. You'll train staff on Carelogic processes, collaborate with accounting, and participate in required meetings. The role emphasizes leadership, multi-tasking, and reliable budgeting analysis within a disability

Responsibilities

• Become proficient in the use of Carelogic.
• Enter authorizations into Carelogic and Excel tracking spreadsheets.
• Become proficient in billing and accounts receivable within Carelogic.
• QA review documentation for identified billable claims.
• Train billing and AR tasks in Carelogic to CAU and Associate Staff as needed.
• Run canned and published reports in Carelogic to assist with billing and payment processes.
• Assist in troubleshooting billing and payment issues in Carelogic with billing and accounting staff.
• Prepare miscellaneous reports as needed.
• Perform Quality Assurance checks within Carelogic as requested.
• Provide back-up assistance with resolving Carelogic ticketing requests.
• Attend all required meetings, including full-staff meetings during the year at CAU.
• Complete orientation and self-instruct training as required.
• Utilize the Carelogic Community website to enhance knowledge of Carelogic.
