Job summary

CRi is seeking a Clinical Data & Applications Analyst to optimize and implement clinical technology applications, with a focus on EHR systems and AI-enabled workflows. The role partners with Clinical Leadership, Training, MIS, and others to improve data quality, reporting, and interoperability across the organization.

The candidate will support AI-driven documentation, back-end report development, and daily EHR operations, while ensuring data integrity and effective user training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience in information/health IT.
• Minimum five years of combined experience in EHR management, data administration, data analysis, or closely related functions.
• Experience with AI-enabled healthcare or documentation technologies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the back-end build and design of internal and external reports for routine reporting.
• Maintain and update the organization's EHR software.
• Develop strategies to improve EHR and clinical applications usage.
• Ensure AI-generated documentation maps into the EHR accurately.
• Evaluate AI tools for reducing documentation time and errors.
• Develop training and provide user support for EHR and AI features.
• Maintain data dictionaries and documentation for clinical applications.
• Create and improve workflows using SharePoint and Teams.
• Audit clinical systems and data for integrity and quality.
• Coordinate with departments to promote interoperability.
• Research emerging technologies for clinical operations and data management.
• Prepare user documentation and system guidance.
