Job summary

Qnity seeks an experienced EH&S Workstream Lead to design, implement, and support EH&S processes across ERP platforms. You will partner with business, IT, and project teams to ensure regulatory compliance and efficient operations.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in EH&S leadership and ERP deployments, with hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA or Cority, and strong stakeholder management. This role focuses on scalable EH&S solutions within a multinational context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in IT, Engineering, Environmental Science, EH&S, or related field.
• 7+ years leading EH&S, ERP deployments, or large-scale transformations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP EH&S, SAP GLM or Cority preferred.
• Knowledge of EH&S regulatory requirements and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the EH&S workstream for ERP implementation and transformation initiatives.
• Define requirements and design standardized EH&S processes with stakeholders.
• Oversee system configuration, integrations, data migration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Ensure data quality, reporting accuracy, and EH&S regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate activities across business teams, IT, vendors, and implementation partners.
• Support training, change management, and user adoption efforts.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting, and system capabilities.
