Qnity is seeking an EH&S Workstream Lead to design, implement, and support EH&S processes across ERP systems. You will partner with business, IT, and project teams to ensure regulatory compliance and efficient operations.

The role requires leading cross-functional initiatives, managing data quality, and driving EH&S improvements across the enterprise. Strong leadership and stakeholder management are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Environmental Science, EH&S, Business, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in EH&S, ERP implementations, or related leadership roles.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and large-scale transformation projects.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP EH&S, SAP GLM, Cority, or similar platforms.
• Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the EH&S workstream for ERP implementation and transformation initiatives.
• Partner with stakeholders to define requirements and design standardized EH&S processes.
• Oversee system configuration, integrations, data migration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Ensure data quality, reporting accuracy, and compliance with EH&S regulations and company policies.
• Coordinate activities across business teams, IT, vendors, and implementation partners.
• Support training, change management, and user adoption efforts.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting, and system capabilities.
