Collins Aerospace in Riverside, CA seeks an Associate Director of EHS – EH&S Site Lead to ensure a safe, compliant work environment and alignment with RTX’s global standards. You will drive EH&S excellence, lead cross-functional teams, and influence strategic initiatives.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and experience in manufacturing EH&S. relocation is eligible; onsite work at the Riverside facility is expected.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10–12 years in EH&S or related field.
• Experience in manufacturing and leading in a matrixed environment.
• Strong knowledge of aerospace/defense EH&S standards is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational oversight for EH&S programs and ensure alignment with global standards.
• Lead incident investigations and implement lessons learned across sites.
• Develop long-term strategies to minimize injuries and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with site leaders and Central EH&S teams to align global policies locally.
