Job summary

Boston Scientific is seeking an experienced Environmental Health & Safety professional at our Arbor Lakes facility in Maple Grove, MN. The role combines program oversight with hands-on duties to implement, manage, and continually improve EH&S systems, ensuring regulatory compliance and a strong safety culture.

You will partner with cross-functional teams, lead incident investigations, track KPIs such as TRIR and severity rates, and support ISO certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in safety, environmental science, engineering, or related field
• Minimum of five (5) years of professional EH&S experience in labs, R&D, manufacturing or operations
• Strong communication and influencing abilities within a matrix organization
• Proven ability to drive changes to improve EH&S performance

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage site EH&S programs, policies, and initiatives aligned with business objectives and corporate standards
• Foster a strong safety culture through effective communication, coaching, and training
• Prepare and communicate EH&S performance metrics, risks, and opportunities to site leadership
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure alignment and execution of EH&S initiatives
• Oversee ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certification requirements, including audits and corrective actions
