Kodiak Gas Services is seeking an EH&S Power Director to support the Power Division, ensuring EH&S policies are implemented across field operations, audits, incident investigations, and regulatory compliance.

The role requires experience with power plant installation, commissioning, and Operations & Maintenance, reporting to the EH&S Senior Director. Strong leadership and on-site program delivery are essential.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or closely related field.
• PEC Core Compliance certification or equivalent for SafeLand / SafeGulf USA preferred.
• OSHA 501 Certification for General Industry Safety Standards preferred.
• CSHO Certification (Certified Safety & Health Officer) strongly desired.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsabilités

• Perform tasks involved in health, safety, environmental, training, inspections, and compliance.
• Educate Company employees on EH&S policies and procedures.
• Verify field employees understand and comply with regulatory requirements through site visits and auditing.
• Lead EH&S audits for all operating areas to ensure regulatory compliance and continuous improvement.
• Lead incident investigations and prepare root-cause analyses.
• Provide EH&S training to field personnel on safety techniques and programs.
