Job summary

Kodiak Gas Services seeks an EH&S Power Director to back Power Division operations. You will act as the local subject matter expert for health, safety, and environmental policies, ensuring regulatory compliance and driving continuous improvement. Strong leadership in a matrix organization is essential.

You will lead EH&S audits, safety training, incident investigations, and provide guidance to supervisors and customers to maintain a safe work environment across field operations.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Occupational Health and Safety or closely related field.
• PEC Core Compliance certification or equivalent for SafeLand/SafeGulf USA preferred.
• OSHA 501 Certification for General Industry Safety Standards preferred.
• CSHO Certification strongly desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead EH&S programs and field compliance for Power Division.
• Perform safety, environmental, and training tasks with audits.
• Lead incident investigations and root-cause analysis reports.
• Provide EH&S training to field personnel.
