Job summary

Precision Castparts Corp. invites a co-op student to contribute to Environmental, Health & Safety initiatives within a manufacturing setting.

You will apply classroom knowledge to practical EH&S improvements, support day-to-day safety concerns, and participate in risk assessments and training while ensuring regulatory compliance. The role focuses on hands-on problem solving, collaboration with hourly employees, and documenting EH&S outcomes.

Qualifications

• Full-time student pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Environmental, Health, or Safety discipline.
• Must have a minimum grade point average of 3.0 or higher.

Responsibilities

• Apply principles learned in school to hands-on EH&S situations and improvements.
• Work with hourly workforce to address day-to-day safety and health concerns.
• Assist in investigations of facility accidents and development of corrective actions.
• Maintain and organize EH&S documentation and compliance records.
