Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health's Exeter Hospital is seeking a registered nurse for a full-time, day-shift role in Interventional Procedures. You will provide pain management and nurse the patient in an outpatient care environment within our Magnet-designated team, delivering high-quality care.

Responsibilities

• Provide pain management and nursing care in Interventional Procedures.
• Coordinate care with physicians and support staff in outpatient/invasive settings.
• Educate patients and document care in medical records.

Interventional Procedures is located in our Outpatient Care Center and provided by the Department of Anesthesia. Patients are referred by a physician for an initial consultation to evaluate functionality and assesses the level and duration of pain. Treatment is individualized and may be a combination of modalities and medication management. The nursing staff demonstrate the skill and competencies to assess, teach, and assist with procedures.
