Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (or equivalent).
• CPR and First Aid required within 30 days of employment.
• Personal Trainer Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide assessment and orientation on the EGYM circuit and HUB.
• Complete follow-up consultation with member to share feedback.
• Suggest additional personal exercises tailored to individual needs.
• Explain how personal training could complement EGYM training.
• Ensure member safety during each instruction period.
• Assist in retention and customer service of YMCA members.
• Assist in Annual Campaign fundraising program for the Y.
