Cigna is seeking an EGWP Market Strategist to focus on client retention, Medicare solutions, and compliance. The role involves collaboration with multiple teams to fulfill client requirements and participation in strategic initiatives to enhance overall service delivery. Ideal candidates will hold a bachelor's degree and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
This role requires subject matter expertise in the Medicare Part D program with a focus on eligibility, benefits, compliance, solutions and overall client strategy. The role is responsible for ensuring overall client retention goals are met and client satisfaction with the EGWP Product. The Strategist will also be responsible for various aspects of client implementations and renewals and will provide EGWP subject matter expertise and direction on a variety of questions and issues.
This role works closely with not only the account team and client, but also the product, clinical, client benefit, eligibility, finance, compliance and regulatory teams to understand the client requirements and provide consultative services from implementation through renewal. Management of day-to-day client needs and Medicare service and operations support as well as issue resolution are critical aspects of this role.
