A leading company seeks a Strategist specializing in the Medicare Part D program. The role focuses on client retention, satisfaction, and operational support, working across multiple internal teams. Candidates should possess strong communication and problem-solving skills with extensive experience in this field.
This role requires subject matter expertise in the Medicare Part D program with a focus on eligibility, benefits, compliance, solutions and overall client strategy. The role is responsible for ensuring overall client retention goals are met and client satisfaction with the EGWP Product. The Strategist will also be responsible for various aspects of client implementations and renewals and will provide EGWP subject matter expertise and direction on a variety of questions and issues.
This role works closely with not only the account team and client, but also the product, clinical, client benefit, eligibility, finance, compliance and regulatory teams to understand the client requirements and provide consultative services from implementation through renewal. Management of day-to-day client needs and Medicare service and operations support as well as issue resolution are critical aspects of this role.
