Job summary

Northrop Grumman in Gilbert, AZ is seeking an Electronic Ground Support Equipment (EGSE) Engineer at Level 3/4 to join our Space Sector team. You will design test equipment to validate satellite components and work with hardware and software engineers to develop robust test sets. The role requires 5+ years in STEM with level-based experience and the ability to obtain a U.S.

government clearance. Responsibilities include end-to-end design, debugging, testing, and certification of CTE/ATE systems

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Bachelors in STEM; 3 years with Masters; 1 year with PhD
• Ability and willingness to obtain a U.S. Government Security Clearance
• Experience documenting and developing cable drawings/wiring diagrams
• Fundamental understanding of electrical circuit schematics

Responsibilities

• Design test equipment (CTE/ATE) to test space vehicle components.
• Work with hardware and software engineers to validate circuits in ambient and space conditions.
• End-to-end design, debug, test, and certification of CTE/ATE systems.
• Generate Certification Test Procedures and support test and debug for flight hardware.
