Qualifications

• Attention to detail.
• Bilingual in Spanish/English preferred.
• Availability for night shifts, weekends and holidays when applicable.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word), preferred.
• Ability to lead a small team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise hourly employees and manage tasks related to egg processing.
• Ensure compliance with safety and food quality standards.
• Coordinate with production to improve systems and processes.
• Monitor compliance with regulations and documentation.
