Job summary

Daybreak Foods is seeking a production team member to support egg processing operations, focusing on food safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. You will handle grading, washing, and transfer tasks, ensuring products meet quality standards and sanitation requirements.

Responsibilities include maintaining clean work areas, following SOPs, and assisting during breaks and cleanup while upholding USDA standards in the breaking, transfer, and shell areas.

Qualifications

• Experience in Food Manufacturing or Processing desirable.
• Safety programs and processes, such as Confined Space, LOTO, Hazcom, etc.

Responsibilities

• Perform all functions with adherence to HACCP, SQF, and regulatory protocols.
• Grade and align eggs entering the washer section.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation; assist with breaks and cleanup.
• Examine product to verify conformance to quality standards.
• Operate and support washing and breaking processes per SOP; manage inedible waste.
